1. Can I add to or edit the content I receive?

YES! We send you everything monthly for approval. All you have to do is read through it, make any suggestions for additions or edits you’d like, and we’ll run with the rest.

2. Who will receive the email newsletter you create for me?

The majority of our clients choose to send their email newsletter out to all of the prospects, clients and referral sources in their database. We write our newsletters in such a way that they applicable to everyone, and that they get readers thinking about planning for their family members and professional networks, too. So—the more readers, the better!

3. I don’t currently have a program to send an email newsletter out of. How will you help me get set up?

We will work together with you (or someone in your practice) to set up a CRM for which you can begin mailing electronic newsletters from. If you don’t currently keep your database of contacts in a central location, we will need someone from your office to begin creating an excel spreadsheet of names and emails to the best of their ability. We will then import them into the system you choose (we’ll guide you through the decision making process), and you’ll be ready to start email marketing!

4. I’m only on Facebook. Will you help me market to the other social media channels out there?

YES! Our team will help you set up profiles on the most popular networking sites, and we will then post your content regularly to ALL PLATFORMS. This ensures you are building your network in a variety of places and putting out helpful content to your fans and followers. As we set you up accounts on each platform, we will also create for you the necessary graphics and branding materials that you should have for headers, sidebars, etc. on each social networking site.

5. Is this program area exclusive? I've previously been unable to work with you due to area availability.

No unlike our other programs, since this is only content and is customized for you specifically this program is NOT area exclusive!
